Ignition can now automatically email invoices and payment receipts to your clients.

Ignition makes it easy to set up recurring billing, but one downside of recurring billing is the increased number of invoices that are created.

That’s why we’re excited to let you know about our new Client Notifications feature.

Clients will often expect every invoice or payment receipt to be sent to them, meaning that you now have another manual task to complete every month or even every week.

Now you can let Ignition do it for you. Clients will receive a professionally formatted email which contains a summary of the invoice and a link to the full invoice PDF generated by your Xero or Quickbooks account.

You can enable emails for all of your clients, as well as opt individual clients in or out as required.

To get started, take a look at our support article here. It only takes a minute or two to set up, and then you’ll be able to forget about manually sending invoices or receipts again.
