What is Karbon?
Karbon is a new approach to practice management software which improves workflow efficiency, standardizes processes, automate tasks, and allows you to grow your business at scale. You can learn more about Karbon on their website.
What can I do with Ignition and Karbon?
With a simple link between your Services in Ignition and your Work Templates in Karbon, each time a client accepts a service in a proposal, a work item will be created for that client in Karbon. This means:
- Greater automation of your administrative tasks
- Easily delegate work agreed in the sales process - and focus on getting more clients!
- Don’t miss an important work item agreed with your client

I already use Karbon - how do I connect it?
The first thing to note is Karbon is available as a premium integration only on Ignition’s Pro and Pro+ plans. If you need to switch your plan, you can do so in your account, or contact support@ignitionapp.com for help.
