 For carpeted floors, we recommend a cleaning program to ensure that your carpet is maintained and kept looking new for the long term. Proper care and cleaning not only removes stains and spots and reduces the effects of wear, it can also extend the life of your carpet and improve the health of your facility by reducing the spread of germs, bacteria, and mold.

 We follow these steps when deep cleaning carpeted surfaces:

  • Pre-inspection
  • Deep vacuuming
  • Spot treatment
  • Machine agitation with cleaning solution
  • Hot water extraction and rinse
  • Post-inspection

 We also offer options to apply protective treatments to your carpeted floors to prevent future stains and signs of wear.

 For hard surface floors, like vinyl, ceramic, porcelain, and hardwoods, we can strip, refinish, wax, and apply urethane and acrylic floor treatments to extend the life and increase the shine of your floors. Our floor treatments also enhance slip resistance, increasing the safety of your employees, customers, and visitors.

We use quiet, unobtrusive equipment designed to allow the flow of your business to continue during cleaning. We aim to provide satisfactory cleaning and disinfection services without causing unnecessary disruptions or disturbances.

With years of experience in the commercial cleaning business, we know which products, services, and equipment are best for the job. We also know that each facility and business has unique needs and expectations. That is why we offer custom cleaning services for each of our clients.

Our commercial cleaning plans cover the following services:

  • Basic vacuuming and floor cleaning
  • Spot and stain removal
  • Cleaning of partition walls and internal walls
  • High and low dusting
  • Interior window washing
  • Cleaning of suspended ceilings and lighting
  • Furniture cleaning
  • Computer and information technology (IT) equipment dust removal
  • Sanitization and reduction of germs and allergens

 The quoted price includes all supplies needed for cleaning, equipment use, labor, and travel expenses. We will also provide adequate supervision and training for all custodians.

 Under this contract, the customer will provide paper towels, toilet paper, liquid soap, trash bags, and other consumables. Should you desire that we provide these items, we are prepared to do so under a separate invoice for an additional fee.

 We can also provide supplementary cleaning services on an as-needed basis for an additional fee.

Review, Sign & Accept

This letter serves to confirm the mutual understanding of the terms of this engagement. It also describes the consulting services that we will provide and the associated limitations.

Purpose, Scope, and Deliverables

 We will provide commercial cleaning services, including interior routine cleaning, additional floor cleaning, and exterior cleaning.  

Project Term and Contract Renewal

The project will begin on (insert date) and end on (insert date), for a period of one year. The contract will automatically renew for an additional one year on the anniversary of the date of the signing of this agreement.

Service Schedule

Cleaning will be completed on weekly or twice monthly basis, as specified in the proposal. The cleaning crew will observe customer holidays and make schedule adjustments as needed to meet customer needs and expectations.

Fees and Invoicing

All invoicing will be itemized according to monthly work for special tasks. The fees charged are based on mutually accepted rates upon acceptance and on a monthly basis. This fee arrangement will only be subject to change under the following circumstances (list circumstances which may change the costs of providing the services).

Invoicing will take place on the first day of the following month. The customer will provide payment within 30 days of invoice issue.

Liability Limitation

The liability of contractor to customer for any reason and upon any cause of action related to the performance of the work under this agreement whether in tort or in contract or otherwise shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer to the contractor pursuant to this agreement.

Cleaning Staff Supervision

The contractor will ensure that all staff receives adequate supervision throughout the contract terms to ensure quality service.

Supplies and Equipment

The customer will provide all consumable supplies, including but not limited to: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and hand soap. The contractor can furnish these products for an additional fee under a separate invoice.

The contractor will provide and maintain all necessary cleaning equipment, including but not limited to: floor cleaning machines, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, vacuum cleaners, mops and buckets, brooms, and maid carts. The customer will provide a safe, accessible storage space for these items, as necessary.

Insurance

The contractor holds all forms of insurance policies required by the law. These include:

  • Comprehensive Liability Insurance
  • Property Damage Insurance
  • Worker’s Compensation Insurance

Employee Status

All cleaning personnel supplied by the contractor are considered employees of the contractor. These personnel will not for any reason by considered employees of the customer. They are not eligible for any employment-based benefits or liability from the customer.

Confidentiality

The contractor will not use or disclose any of the customer’s confidential business information to a third party.

Contract Cancellation

Termination of this contract requires notification at least 30 days prior to termination. No refunds will be issued for payment that has already been made.

Confirmation of Terms of Service

Upon agreement with the terms, please sign and return this letter to indicate your understanding of the arrangements. Contract effectiveness is from the date of signing unless any change is formally communicated in writing between the two parties.
