Product Update for May 2017: Email notifications for comments, redesigned 'Apps' page and more

Better comment email notifications

When clients leave a comment on a proposal, the email notification you receive now includes the comment message. You can reply via email and the comment history will be updated in Practice Ignition.

Similarly comments you leave for clients now go directly into their inbox and can be replied to by email.


More US banks supported for ACH payments

We now support instant bank account verification for over 400 account types. As our payments partner continues to add support for more institutions, the slow micro-deposit verification process should become a thing of the past!


Redesigned Apps page

The "Apps" page has had a small design update, in preparation for some changes coming later this month.


Automatic updates

This is a feature that we hope you won't notice. Practice Ignition now automatically updates itself. If you like to keep the app open in your browser for long periods, you may have found yourself needing to press refresh manually once in a while. PI is now smart enough to know when it needs to update itself and does so automatically.
